  • Meller ltd (Project Management)

    Elevate was brought in to fast track completion of Bombay Sapphire (Bacardi, Value £55m), works included acceleration of contract, negotiate and plan completion of 11 buildings all grade 1 listed, all external works including class SS1 water works, river diversions and installation of water turbines, sluice gates and fish passes. Linking together the construction phase with the main fit out companies, we managed the interface with Heather Wicks with regards to completion of glass houses and managed design completion with 3 different architects. Elevate also interfaced with the Discovery TV Channel, National Geographical, ITV Channels and BBC regarding filming and features of the contract, which is to be featured on all channels in depth.

    Ensured all buildings are compliant with authorities and all certifications were in place.

    Bovis Lendlease (Trouble Shooting)

    Elevate was brought in to trouble shoot and advise on the £300m new cancer treatment unit at St James’s Hospital. Successfully identifying multiple problems, re-structuring and organising the project working with client and contractors to bring back on track.

    Pearce Healthcare
    (Project Management)

    Elevate supplies a senior project manager to Pearce Medicare on a £7m new build surgical centre delivered within 11 month timeframe.

  • Vantage homes (Consultancy)

    Elevate was instructed to fast track the construction phase of a £5m 31 unit development comprising houses and apartments within 6 month timeframe.

    Works involved were setting up all project controls and procedures including QA and weekly reporting to enable project to be successfully completed on time with negligible impact on risk.

    AMEC (Consultancy)

    Elevate was called in to troubleshoot three health centres all being  8 weeks behind programme. Works involved working closely with client, site manager all stakeholders and we successfully brought £6m projects to rapid completion and on time.

    ASDA (Turn Key Projects)

    Projects for Asda were taken from initial planning consent all the way through to completion. Services provided: All pre-construction works including all drawings, planning, health and safety, budgets production of bill of quantities and value engineering.  Full construction works including budget, payment controls and quality. Total projects to date number 37, varying contracts, refurbishments, change of use and extensions.

  • AC Majors (Project Management)

    Elevate managed two high profile construction projects on behalf of AC Majors in Jersey. Fast tracked end-to-end project management of £10m 68 bed care home designed, procured and delivered within 12 months – Care Home voted ‘Building of the Year’ 2012 works.

    At the same time Elevate managed the complex £1.2m roof and asbestos removal project from Jersey Airport terminal working with multiple stakeholders and specialists all carried out with zero downtime to terminal operations.

    Tesco

    Major ‘fast track’ £3.5m Tesco refurbishment managing team working 24/7 as store remained open. We also provided senior project management for a new build Tesco Super store in Northalerton.
